1. Supporting Category. This scholarship only supports graduate students.
2.资助期限：硕士研究生3学年
2. Duration. This scholarship only supports master’s students for 3 academic years.

Scholarship students can register for Chinese-taught program.
二、奖学金内容
II Scholarship Coverage
包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。
The Chinese University Program provides a full scholarship which covers tuition waiver,accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance.
三、申请条件
III Eligibility
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；申请者须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
1.Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health；be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
2.汉语水平要求：申请者获得汉语水平考试5级或6级证书。
2.The applicants should have the certificate of HSK5 or HSK 6 level.
四、申请流程
IV Application Procedure
登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并上传完整版申请资料原件扫描件。 受理机构编号为：10166（必填）
Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information System（Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org and click“Application Online” to log in）, submit online and upload the scanning documents of the original application. Agency Number is 10166 （Required）
五、申请材料：
V Application Documents
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（英文填写）；
1.Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship （written in English）;
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
2.Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3.Academic transcripts （written in Chinese or English）;
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4.来华学习和研究计划。用中文书写（不少于1500字）；
4.A Study Plan or Research Proposal （written in Chinese）;This should be a minimum of 1500 Chinese Characters.
5. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写,推荐人签字并附联系电话及Email；

Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor with the telephone number and Email.
6.《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或http://www.campuschina.org 下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form （photocopy）（written in English, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org）;
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
7.HSK5级或HSK6级成绩报告，请将复印件附在申请材料中。
7.The copy of valid HSK 5 or HSK 6 Certificate；
8. 护照照片页、空白页复印件；
8.Copies of of Passport Photo Page and one blank Page；
9.电子版2寸证明照片
